BSNL launches Unlimited Voice Calling with bundled data starting at ₹ 144

In a bid to catch up with the likes of Reliance Jio and Airtel, State – run telecom operator BSNL has decided to launch two new broadband plans offering unlimited voice calls with bundled data. BSNL CMD Anupam Srivastava also mentioned the presence of 4,400 WiFi hot-spots in the country and they are plans to take this to 40,000 within a year.

The plan which is priced at ₹ 144 will offer unlimited voice (local and STD ) calling with 300MB of 3G Data. The other plan priced at ₹ 399 will offer you unlimited voice calling with 1GB of 3G Data.

Last year, the operator ‘soft – launched’ its 4G services in the 2,500MHz band and became the first operator in India to provide 4G services in that band. It is expected that the commercial roll out is going to take place in this year.

Both the plans are applicable for PrePaid and PostPaid users.
