Motorola Moto Z2 Play launched in India at ₹ 27,999

Lenovo-owned Motorola has launched the Motorola Moto Z2 Play in India at ₹ 27,999. The device will go on Sale via Flipkart and offline stores starting June 15. Customers can pre-book their devices starting today by paying a booking amount of ₹ 2,000 and can enjoy some exclusive pre-booking offers.

Pre-Booking Offers

  • Customers can pre-book their Moto Z2 Play with paying ₹ 2,000 and the balance can be paid in 10 monthly Easy EMIs without any interest. The offer is only valid through either Bajaj or Homecredit. Alternatively, you can swipe your card and convert the payment into 3/6/9/12 months EMI without any interest at selected outlets.
  • Customers get upto 50% OFF on Selected Mods if they buy Moto Z2 Play with Moto Mods.
  •  ‘Hello Armor’ which includes an aluminium case, back shell, selfie stick and a protective film.
  • Additional 100 GB Data on Reliance Jio Netowork. The user need to recharge their account with ₹ 309 to get the extra 10GB. This offer is valid for maximum 10 recharges and is valid till March 31, 2018.


The Moto Z2 Play boasts an all-metal unibody design with a water repellent nano coating. The smartphone sports a 5.5inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 Octa – core processor clocked at 2.2GHz with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It also contains a memory expansion slot which supports microSD cards of up to 2TB. The handset runs on Android 7.1.1Nougat out of the box.

The Moto Z2 Play features a 12MP dual-pixel autofocus camera with dual autofocus lens and dual LED colour corrected flash. On the front, it has got a 5MP front camera with wide-angle lens and dual LED colour corrected flash. The handset packs a 3,000mAh battery and includes support for Turbo Charging. Other options include – 4G with VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB Type – C, NFC and GPS. The handset also includes a round-shaped fingerprint sensor beneath the home button.
