LG V30+ with dual rear cameras, FullVision Display launched at ₹ 44,990

LG India officially launched its latest flagship smartphone – LG V30+ in India. The device will be available online exclusively via Amazon India starting December 18, 2016. The company will also be bundling a free B&O Premium headset. The handset will be available in silver and black colour variants. The company has also announced free one time screen replacement upto 6 months.

The LG V30+ boats IP68 certification – dust and water resistant. The smartphone is said to be complaint with the US Military Standard Drop Test (MIL STD-810G) which means that the smartphone can easily withstand a drop from a height of 1.5 metres ( 4.92 feet).

The LG V30+ sports a 6inch QHD+ FullVision P-OLED display with Corning Gorilla 5 protection and supports HDR10 standard. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 octa-core processor clocked upto 2.45GHz with 4GB RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable via microSD card up to 2TB. The handset runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat with LG UX 6.0 on top.

The LG V30+ features a 16MP primary camera with a secondary 13MP secondary rear camera with a 120 wide-angle degree lens. This will allow the users to click large – group shots and landscapes. The dual rear camera setup is equipped with laser autofocus and dual LED flash. On the front, it is equipped with a 5MP selfie camera.

The LG V30+ is equipped with a 32-bit Quad DAC technology by B&O to deliver high-resolution sound. The device packs a 3,300mAh battery and supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and Wireless charging as well. The handset is Google Daydream-Ready. It also includes dual SIM support with  4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS and USB Type – C. It also includes a fingerprint sensor, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, magnetometer and gyroscope.
